Before you book

Do I need to be there?

Not usually, as long as we can reach the vehicle and you have told us where the key is. We will confirm when we approve the request.

Where do you need the vehicle parked?

On level ground with room to work around it. If it has locking lug nuts, have the key with it.

Do you supply parts?

We can, and you can choose OEM or aftermarket. If you supply your own we will ask what they are and where they came from, and you sign a waiver.

Can you diagnose a check-engine light?

Yes. Tell us whether it is on, flashing or intermittent, and whether the codes have already been scanned.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

Yes. Diagnosis takes time and equipment, so a $75 diagnostic fee applies. You see it on the quote before anyone is on the way.
